How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly from your host portal under Billing & Subscription. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Do guests need to create an account to view the sheet?
No. Guests just open the link you share — no app, no account, no login required. It works on any device.
Can I have multiple listings?
Yes. Each listing is $6/month. If you have 5 or more listings, contact us for custom portfolio pricing.
How do I update my guest sheet?
Log into your host portal, click Edit on the listing, make your changes, and save. The guest link updates instantly — no need to resend it.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the forgot password page and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link right away.
